We understand how frustrating it can be when a discount code doesn’t work as expected. If you’re encountering issues with your discount code, there are a few things you can check to make sure everything’s in order.
1. Expiry Date
Discount codes often have a limited time offer. If your code has expired, it will no longer be valid. Please double-check the expiry date of the promotion to make sure the code is still active.
2. Minimum Spend Requirements
Some codes require you to spend a minimum amount for the discount to apply. If your order doesn’t meet the minimum spend (for example, £40 for free shipping or a specific discount), the code won’t work.
3. Applicable Products
Certain discount codes are only valid for specific products or categories. If your code is restricted to a particular range (like cleaning products or subscriptions), make sure you’re using it on the right items.
4. One Code Per Order
Unfortunately, multiple discount codes cannot be used at the same time. If you’re trying to apply more than one code, only one can be applied per order. If you're unsure which one to use, choose the best one for your purchase.
5. Typing Errors
Double-check that you've entered the code correctly. Discount codes are often case-sensitive and must be typed exactly as given. Also, make sure there are no extra spaces before or after the code.
6. Subscription vs. Regular Orders
Discount codes for subscriptions may not apply to one-off purchases, and vice versa. Make sure you're using the correct code for your type of order.
