At Miniml, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your products, we offer returns within 30 days from the date your order was shipped.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected]. Our customer support team will guide you through the process and ensure it goes smoothly.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure your item is returned with the correct order number on the returns label. All returns must be submitted through our Royal Mail returns portal.
Returns Process
Arrange a collection for your return through Royal Mail.
Once the collection has been booked, notify us by sending the Royal Mail returns tracking number to [email protected]. This allows us to track your return and confirm it has been sent.
After we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria.
You will receive a confirmation email once we’ve received your return. Please allow 5-7 working days for your refund to be processed and credited back to your original payment method.
