How to Return Your Empty Containers and PouchesUpdated 7 days ago
At Miniml, we operate a closed-loop system to help reduce waste and support a more sustainable approach to cleaning products. Customers are encouraged to return empty bottles so they can be cleaned, refilled, and reused.
This guide explains how to return your packaging and what happens once it reaches us.
♻️ Ready to Return Your Packaging?
Returning your empties is simple and makes a real difference.
Step 1: Book your collection
Fill in our quick return form here:
(You’ll need to do this each time you’d like a collection.)
Step 2: Check the minimum amount
To keep things efficient and low-impact, we ask for a minimum of:
- 4 × 1L pouches
- 4 × 5L containers
Step 3: Upload a photo
A quick photo of empty containers helps us plan your collection and ensure that the container or pouch can be reused.
👉 Heads up: We’ll only be able to book your collection once the minimum quantity and photo are included.
Once your request is submitted, our team will review the details provided. If the packaging is in a suitable condition to be re-used, we will generate a returns QR code for you. Returns are sent via Evri locker or Evri Parcelshop - You can choose your preferred option.
Items that are deemed unsuitable for return can either be re-used at home, or recycled alongside other plastics with your local authority.
❓ A Few Quick Questions
Do I need to clean my containers?
No - they don’t need to be thoroughly cleaned. Please just ensure they are completely empty and in a reusable condition, with no holes, damage, heavy staining, or significant discolouration.
What if I don’t have enough to return yet?
Hold onto them until you reach the minimum - then fill out the form.
Will everything be reused?
We reuse as much as we can. When your refills reach the end of their life, we pass them on to our recycling partner. They transform the plastic into a unique material which is a strong, versatile sheet that can then be crafted into office and school furniture. This means damaged empties don’t just get recycled, they’re reinvented into something that can be used for years to come.
