How to Return Your Empty 5L container/ 1L Pouches:
Returning your empty pouches is simple. Just follow the steps below:
- Pack Your Empty Pouches/Container
Once your pouches are empty, it’s time to pack them for return. You can return either 4 x 5L pouches or 4 x 1L pouches at a time. We offer free envelopes for returning pouches, which you can add to your order. If you don’t have one of our free envelopes, you can use any envelope or cardboard box you have on hand to securely pack the pouches and containers.

What Happens After You Return Your Containers/Pouches?
Once we receive your empty container/pouches, we clean and refill them, preparing them for reuse. They are then returned to production, and you’ll need to place a new order to receive another refill. This process helps keep packaging in circulation rather than sending it to a landfill. We’re committed to recycling and reusing containers to minimize waste and support a circular economy.
Please note: The other bottles we sell are your "Forever Bottle," meaning they are not part of the returnable system and are designed for long-term use.
