Managing your Miniml subscription is quick and easy through our subscription portal. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about making changes to your subscription.
How to Access Your Subscription
To make any changes, log in to your Miniml account and go to the Subscription section. From there, you can:
1. Edit Your Subscription Products
- To swap or add a product, select "Edit" next to the current product and choose the new item you'd like to receive.
- If you no longer need an item, you can remove it from your subscription.
2. Change Your Subscription Frequency
- Adjust how often you receive your deliveries by selecting a new frequency (e.g., every 2, 4, or 6 weeks).
3. Skip or Reschedule Your Next Delivery
- If you need to delay your next order, you can skip a delivery or change the next charge date.
4. Update Your Delivery Address
- If you’ve moved or need your order sent somewhere else, you can update your address before the next shipment.
- Important: If your order has already been processed, we may not be able to amend the address before dispatch.
5. Cancel Your Subscription
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from the portal. If you need help, just reach out to us.
