How to amend my subscription?Updated 5 days ago
Managing your Miniml subscription is quick and easy in your customer account. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about making changes to your subscription.
How to access your subscription
To find your subscription(s), log in to your Miniml account and click the manage subscriptions button at the top, then click view details next to the subscription you'd like to change. If you have multiple existing subscriptions and would like to combine them to arrive together moving forward, contact us and we can do this for you.
From the subscription page, you can:
1. Swap your subscribed products
- To swap your subscription to a new product, scroll to the subscription details section and select edit next to the current product, click swap, and choose the new item you'd like to receive.
2. Add products to your upcoming delivery
- You can add products to your upcoming delivery as a one-time purchase or to be delivered on your regular schedule.
- To add a product, navigate to the "goes well with your next order" section and click see more products. Either browse through or search your product. Only those products which we offer on subscription currently will have the option to add a subscription (this is 5L refills & pouch refills), otherwise the only option will be add one-time (bottles, accessories, bundles). If there is a product you'd like to subscribe to but can't see on the portal, please contact us.
3. Change your subscription frequency
- Got too much product, or not enough? Not a problem at all! Adjust your delivery schedule to a frequency that suits you better by navigating to subscription details, then click edit next to subscription plan. You can then select from the other available delivery plans.
4. Skip, reschedule, or delay your next delivery
- Whether you have remaining product to work through, are going on holiday, or need to reschedule for any other reason, you can skip, reschedule, or delay your next delivery with ease. These buttons are all at the top of your subscription page.
- The skip order button will skip your next delivery, then resume your subscription on your usual schedule after that. So if you're on a 2 month subscription plan, you will receive your next order 2 months after your next order was due to arrive.
- The re-schedule option allows you to choose any upcoming calendar date to for your order to be processed on. This is ideal for those wanting to postpone for a few days or a couple of weeks. Please note this is the date your order will be placed on our system, not the date delivered to you - factor in our usual order processing time if you need it by a certain date.
5. Update your delivery address
- If you’ve moved or need your next order sent somewhere else, you can update your address before the next shipment. This is done under the subscription details section at the bottom of your subscription page.
- Important: If your order has already been processed, we may not be able to amend the address before dispatch.
6. Change your payment details
- If you’d like to change your payment details, this is done under the subscription details section at the bottom of your subscription page.
- Important: If your order has already been processed and payment has already been taken, your payment detail change will affect your next order.
7. Pause your subscription
- Need a break from your subscription? Pause for 1, 2, or 3 months by selecting pause subscription at the very bottom of your subscription page. This will tell you when your next order will be due to arrive once automatically re-activated.
8. Cancel your subscription
- You can cancel your subscription anytime on the subscription page, simply scroll to the bottom and select cancel subscription.
