Miniml’s subscription service makes it easy to receive your favourite eco-friendly cleaning and personal care products on a regular basis, so you never run out. Here’s how it works: 

1. Set Up Your Subscription

  • Browse our range of products and select the ones you’d like to receive regularly.

  • Choose the "Subscribe & Save" option on the product page.

  • Select your preferred delivery frequency (e.g., every 2, 4, 6, or 8 weeks).

  • Add the item to your cart and proceed to checkout.

2. Manage Your Subscription

  • Simply log into your account to:

    • Adjust your delivery schedule – Change the frequency to suit your needs.

    • Skip a delivery – Need a break? Skip an upcoming order.

    • Add or swap products – Update your subscription to include new items or remove ones you no longer need.

    • Cancel anytime – There’s no long-term commitment, so you can cancel whenever you like.

3. Enjoy Savings and Convenience

  • Subscribers enjoy a discount on every recurring order.

  • Your order will be automatically processed, packed, and shipped to your chosen address.

  • You’ll receive an email 48 hours before each delivery, so you can make any last-minute changes if needed. 

4. Making Changes to Your Subscription

  • Log in to your Miniml account and navigate to the Subscriptions section.

  • From there, you can update your product selection, adjust your delivery frequency, or cancel your subscription. 

  • Any changes made will be applied to your next scheduled order.

  • Please note any changes need to be done prior to the renewal date, if your order has renewed and you want to cancel or amend you will have to reach out to our customer service team via email or phone.

5. Billing and Payments

  • Your payment method will be charged automatically before each order is shipped.

  • If a payment fails, we’ll notify you so you can update your details and avoid any disruption to your deliveries.

6. Shipping & Returns

  • Subscription orders qualify for free shipping when they meet the minimum spend.

  • If you need to return an item, please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy.
