Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can use this link to check the latest updates on your delivery.

How to Track Your Order:

  1. Check Your Email – Look out for a dispatch confirmation email from us, which includes your tracking link.
  2. Click the Tracking Link – This will take you directly to the courier’s website, where you can see your parcel’s journey.
  3. Allow for Updates – Tracking may take some time to update, especially during busy periods.

What If My Tracking Hasn’t Updated?

  • Delays Happen – Occasionally, couriers experience delays, and updates might not appear immediately.
  • Marked as Delivered But Not Received? – Check with neighbours or in safe places around your property. If you still can’t find it, let us know, and we’ll investigate with the courier.
  • Still Need Help? – If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, contact our customer service team, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
