At Miniml, we aim to make refunds as straightforward as possible. If you need a refund due to a damaged item, incorrect product, or another issue, here’s how we handle it.
When Can I Request a Refund?
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- Damages need to be reported within 14 days.
- Your order arrives damaged (please provide photos).
- You receive the wrong product.
- Your order is delayed due to a system error, and you no longer wish to wait.
- Your order is lost in transit, and we confirm it cannot be delivered.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact Us – Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- Provide Supporting Information – If your item is damaged or incorrect, please include clear photos of the product and packaging.
- Refund Processing – Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll process the refund or offer an alternative solution, such as a replacement or gift card.
Refund Processing Time
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Depending on your bank, it may take 1–7 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
Additional Notes
- If your order was placed using a discount code, the refund will reflect the discounted amount paid.
- If your order was part of a promotion (e.g., buy one, get one free), the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
- For subscription cancellations, refunds are only processed if the order hasn’t already been dispatched.
