How Are Refunds For Orders or Items Handled?Updated 2 months ago

At Miniml, we aim to make refunds as straightforward as possible. If you need a refund due to a damaged item, incorrect product, or another issue, here’s how we handle it.

When Can I Request a Refund?

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • Damages need to be reported within 14 days. 
  • Your order arrives damaged (please provide photos).
  • You receive the wrong product.
  • Your order is delayed due to a system error, and you no longer wish to wait.
  • Your order is lost in transit, and we confirm it cannot be delivered.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact Us – Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  2. Provide Supporting Information – If your item is damaged or incorrect, please include clear photos of the product and packaging.
  3. Refund Processing – Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll process the refund or offer an alternative solution, such as a replacement or gift card. 

Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank, it may take 1–7 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

Additional Notes

  • If your order was placed using a discount code, the refund will reflect the discounted amount paid.
  • If your order was part of a promotion (e.g., buy one, get one free), the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
  • For subscription cancellations, refunds are only processed if the order hasn’t already been dispatched.
