At Miniml, we love offering great deals to our customers, but there are some restrictions when it comes to combining promotions with subscriptions.

Are discount codes valid on subscriptions?

Currently, discount codes, including promotional offers, cannot be applied to subscription orders. Our subscription service is already designed to offer long-term savings, so additional discounts do not apply.

What about free shipping promotions?

If we’re running a free shipping promotion, it will only apply to one-time purchases and not to active subscription orders. It also won't apply to new subscription orders unless otherwise specified - always check the promotion T&Cs on our website, which will be linked on our homepage. Standard free shipping rules still apply to new and active subscriptions that meet the minimum order threshold.

Can I use a discount on my first subscription order?

No, discount codes cannot be applied to subscription orders at checkout, including first-time subscriptions, unless specifically stated otherwise in promotion T&Cs.
